      Welcome to Venezuela, the land of beauty. This beautiful country in South America is well known for Angel Falls, the highest waterfall in the world, and its baseball team! 

      There are also many secrets in Venezuela. For example, did you know that the most number of Miss. Universes are from Venezuela?

      Explorers, beginning with Christopher Columbus, began exploring Venezuela in 1498. After seeing houses built on stilts, Alonso de Orjeda gave the country the name "Little Venice", or Venezuela. The country gained independence from Spain in 1821, the revolution led by Simon Bolivar. 

      Entering Venezuela, you can visit pristine beaches, look at the world's highest waterfall, hike on the many mountain ranges, visit Isla Margarita, and so much more! You will realize that this will be la experienca de tu vida!
